Simplicity for Windows Vista
Well after not working on this for about 4 months or so I have come to the realization that I will probably never work on this ever again. I just don't have the time. So I have decided to release this in what I consider an unfinished state, even though it is for the most part completed.
There are a couple of spots that you may notice that don't match the theme, but these are somewhat hard to find (besides IE). Even though the clock is glitched (you'll see what happens when you use it), it's not much a nuisance.
If anyone wants to debug and/or finish this VS let me know.
